LESSEE INITIALS. All notices, consents or requests desired or required to be given under the Lease shall be in writing and shall be delivered in person or sent by certified mail, return, receipt requested, or by courier service to the address of the other party set forth in the introduction of this Master Agreement or to such other address as such party shall have designated by proper notice.
