Common use of Lessee Grant of Liens and Security Interests Clause in Contracts

Lessee Grant of Liens and Security Interests. (a) For the purposes of the creation and enforcement of this Lease as a mortgage and security agreement, the Lessee hereby grants, bargains, sells, warrants, conveys, aliens, remises, releases, assigns, sets over and confirms a security interest in the Site, the Leased Property and the other Collateral (consisting of a mortgage with respect to the Site and the Leased Property) all with power of sale to the Lessor and its successors and permitted assigns to secure all advances made by the Participants pursuant to the Operative Documents and the other Obligations.
