Lending Office Designations. Before making any demand for payment pursuant to this Section 4.04, each Lender shall, if possible, designate a different Applicable Lending Office if such designation will avoid the need for giving such notice and will not, in the reasonable judgment of such Lender, be otherwise disadvantageous to such Lender. If a Lender changes its applicable lending office (other than pursuant to this Section 4.04(c) or Section 4.08(c)) and the effect of such change, as of the date of such change, would be to cause any of the Borrowers to become obligated to pay any additional amount under this Section 4.04, the Borrower shall not be obligated to pay such additional amount.
