Common use of Lenders’ participation Clause in Contracts

Lenders’ participation. (a) If the conditions set out in this Agreement have been met, and subject to Clause 8.2 (Repayment of Facility B Loans and Facility C Loans), each Lender participating in a Facility shall make its participation in each Loan under that Facility available by the Utilisation Date through its Facility Office under that Facility.

(a) If the conditions set out in this Agreement have been met, met and subject to Clause 8.2 6.2 (Repayment of Facility B Loans and Facility C Loans), each Lender participating in a Facility shall make its participation in each Loan under that Facility available by (in respect of Facility A) the Facility A Utilisation Date and/or (in respect of Facility B) the Utilisation Date Date, in each case, through its Facility Office under that FacilityOffice.
