LENDER-REQUESTED MODIFICATIONS Sample Clauses

The LENDER-REQUESTED MODIFICATIONS clause allows the lender to propose changes to the terms or documents associated with a loan agreement. In practice, this clause typically outlines the process by which the lender can request amendments, such as providing written notice to the borrower and specifying the types of modifications that may be considered, like adjustments to repayment schedules or collateral requirements. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the lender to address unforeseen circumstances or regulatory requirements, ensuring the loan agreement remains effective and compliant throughout its term.
