Lender not Responsible for Maintenance. If the Lender takes possession of the Property, the Lender will not be responsible for maintaining and preserving the Property or maintaining the use for which the Property is intended, except to the extent required by Applicable Laws, and the Lender need only account to the Borrower for any money the Lender actually receives in connection with this Mortgage or the Property while in possession of the Property.
