LENDER MODIFICATIONS. Lessee agrees to make such reasonable modifications to this Lease as may be reasonably required by an institutional lender in connection with the obtaining of normal financing or refinancing of the Office Building Project.
LENDER MODIFICATIONS. Tenant agrees to, meke such modification and amendments of this Lease as may hereafter be required to conform to any lender's requirements, so long as such modifications or amendments will not increase Tenant's obligations hereunder or materially alter its rights as set forth herein.
LENDER MODIFICATIONS. If, in connection with obtaining financing for the Project, Entity's lender for the Project shall request reasonable, immaterial modifications to this Agreement, the parties will cooperate in acknowledging and documenting such modifications.
LENDER MODIFICATIONS. In the event the Leaseholder Lender who has taken an assignment of this Lease for security purposes reasonably requires modifications to this Lease, Landlord and Tenant agree to execute an amendment including such reasonable modifications so long as (i) the rent or other sums due under this Lease is not increased, and (ii) Tenant's rights and obligations under this Lease are not materially affected, provided that Tenant agrees that provisions related to notice granted to the Leasehold Lender shall not be deemed to materially affect its rights and obligations hereunder.
LENDER MODIFICATIONS. If, in connection with obtaining financing for the Project, Entity's lender for the Project shall request reasonable, immaterial modification s to this Agreement, the parties will cooperate in acknowledging and documenting such modifications. In addition to the foregoing, should an Estoppel or SNDA be required by any such Lender, tenant, or third-party, CCRA agrees to execute such required documentation within the timeframes outlined in Paragraph 17 hereto.
LENDER MODIFICATIONS. The Parties acknowledge that substantial debt financing will be necessary for the development of the Project. Developer may submit for Agency approval, and Agency shall reasonably consider, modifications to this Agreement requested by Developer’s lenders or prospective lenders for the Project.
