Common use of Lender Modification Clause in Contracts

Lender Modification. Lessee agrees to make such reasonable modifications to this Lease as may be reasonably required by an institutional lender in connection with the obtaining of normal financing or refinancing of the Office Building Project.

Provided such modifications do not increase the rent payable by Lessee hereunder, effect the Lease Term, increase any other obligations of Lessee or materially adversely effect Lessee's rights under the Lease.

Lender Modification. Lessee agrees to make such reasonable modifications to this Lease as may be reasonably required by an institutional lender as long as the business terms are not altered in connection with the obtaining of normal financing or refinancing of the Office Building Project.
