Common use of Lender Meetings Clause in Contracts

Lender Meetings. Upon the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders (which request, so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, shall not be made more than once during each Fiscal Quarter of the Parent and its Subsidiaries), participate in a meeting with the Administrative Agent and the Lenders at the Borrowers' corporate offices (or at such other location (or by such other means (including, without limitation, conference call)) as may be agreed to by the Administrative Borrower and the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders) at such time as may be agreed to by the Administrative Borrower and the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders.
