Common use of Lender has Receiver’s Powers Clause in Contracts

Lender has Receiver’s Powers. To the extent permitted by law, any right, power or discretion conferred by this deed on a Receiver may, after the security constituted by this deed has become enforceable, be exercised by the Lender in relation to any of the Secured Assets whether or not it has taken possession of any Secured Assets and without first appointing a Receiver or notwithstanding the appointment of a Receiver.
