Common use of Lender Direction Clause in Contracts

Lender Direction. Pursuant to Sections 11.1 and 12.5 of the Existing Credit Agreement, the undersigned Lenders, which constitute all Lenders, hereby instruct the Agent, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Agent, to execute this Amendment and to execute and deliver such other documents and instruments contemplated hereby or as otherwise reasonably requested by the Loan Parties in connection herewith.
