Common use of Lender Direction Clause in Contracts

Lender Direction. The Administrative Agent is authorized and directed to execute and deliver this Fourth Amendment on the date hereof on behalf of the Lenders required to provide their consent pursuant to Section 9.02(b) of the Existing Credit Agreement.
