Common use of Lender Decision Clause in Contracts

Lender Decision. Each Lender (including each Lender that becomes a party hereto by assignment) acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance on the Administrative Agent, any of its Affiliates or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own evaluation and decision to enter into this Restated Loan Agreement. Each Lender also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance on the Administrative Agent, any of its Affiliates or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own decisions in taking or not taking action under this Restated Loan Agreement.
