Common use of Lender Credit Decision Clause in Contracts

Lender Credit Decision. Each Lender acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon either Administrative Agent, either Syndication Agent, any Arranger and Documentation Agent, or any other Lender and based on the financial statements referred to in Section 4.01 and such other documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own credit analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement. Each Lender also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon any Administrative Agent, Syndication Agent, Arranger and Documentation Agent, or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement.

Each Lender also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon any the Administrative Agent, Syndication the Paying Agent, any Bookrunner or any Lead Arranger and Documentation Agent, or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement.

Each Lender also acknowledges and agrees that it will, independently and without reliance upon any Administrative Agent, Syndication Agent, Arranger and Documentation Agent, or any other Lender such party and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this AgreementAgreement and the other Loan Documents.
