Common use of Lender Access Clause in Contracts

Lender Access. If Lender or its agents, consultants or representatives are not permitted, at all reasonable times on two (2) Business Days' notice, to enter upon an Individual Property and to inspect the Improvements or, if Lender or its representatives are not permitted to inspect Borrower's books and records or are not furnished, within five (5) Business Days after requested, copies of any of Borrower's books and records.
