Licensee shall include with any online publication or publication in print of the Marks a trademark legend indicating that the Marks are those of Netscape, used under license, and a disclaimer that Licensee and not Netscape has produced the Directory Services and is responsible for the content thereof.
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. Upon Licensor’s request, Licensee shall include 1) a trademark legend satisfactory to Licensor in accordance with the Standard Usage Guidelines indicating that the Trade Name is owned by Licensor and are being used under license and/or 2) a disclaimer that Licensee and not Licensor has produced the materials and is responsible for the content thereof whenever the Trade Name may be used, including but not limited to on signage, marketing materials, letterhead, business cards, flags, checks, documents, promotional items, press releases or on the Internet. Further, Licensee agrees to display a trademark registration symbol (i.e., “®”) immediately after the Trade Name at least once in any piece of printed or visual material in which they appear (and generally in its first appearance in such material), normally along side the Trade Name. If the Trade Name appears in any printed or visual material (other than letterhead, envelopes, or business cards) in which another trademark, design, domain name, trade name, name or designation not belonging to Licensor also appears, the words “A registered xxxx of The Inland Real Estate Group, Inc.” (or such other legend as may be designated by Licensor) shall appear along with the registration symbol next to the Trade Name.
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. Upon Licensor's request, Licensee shall include or cause each Sublicensee to include: (1) a trademark legend consistent with the Usage Guidelines indicating that the Trademarks are owned by Licensor and are being used under license, and/or (2) a disclaimer consistent with the Usage Guidelines that Licensee or its Sublicensee, and not Licensor, has produced the materials and is responsible for the content thereof wherein any of the Trademarks may be used including, but not limited to, signage, marketing materials, letterhead, business cards, flags, checks, documents, promotional items, press releases or on the Internet. Further, Licensee agrees to display and shall cause each Sublicensee to display in a manner consistent with the Usage Guidelines a trademark registration symbol (i.e., "®") immediately after the Trademarks at least once in any piece of printed or visual material in which they appear (and generally in its first appearance in such material), normally alongside the Trademarks. If the Trademarks appear in any printed or visual material (other than letterhead, envelopes or business cards) in which another trademark, design, domain name, trade name, name or designation not belonging to Licensor also appears, the words "A registered xxxx of The Inland Real Estate Group, Inc." (or such other legend as may be designated by Licensor in writing) shall appear in addition to the registration symbol next to the Logo(s).
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. Concentric shall include with any online publication or publication in print containing the Marks a trademark legend indicating that "Netscape is a trademark of Netscape Communications Corporation registered in the US and in other jurisdictions and that the Marks are used under license", and a disclaimer that Concentric and not Netscape has produced the Intranet Service and is responsible for the content thereof.
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. Licensee shall include with any online publication or publication in print of the Xxxx a trademark legend indicating that the Xxxx is that of Netscape, used under license, and a disclaimer that Licensee and not Netscape has produced The Co-branded Products.
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. Yahoo shall include with any online publication of the Marks a trademark legend indicating that the Marks are those of Netscape, used under license, and a disclaimer that Yahoo and not Netscape has produced the Navigational Services and is responsible for the content thereof.
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. Yahoo shall include with any use of the Xxxx with the Services the subscript trademark notice "-Registered Trademark-" immediately following Netscape; and 2) shall include with any Legal Notices associated with the Services a trademark legend indicating that the Xxxx is owned by Netscape, used under license, and a disclaimer that Yahoo and not Netscape has produced the Services and is responsible for the content thereof.
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. Licensee shall include with any publication of the Servicemark a servicemark legend indicating that the Servicemark is that of the Licensor, used under license, and a disclaimer that the Licensor and not the Licensee has produced the EnviroStars services.
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. Licensee shall include with any online publication or publication in print containing the Marks a trademark legend indicating that "Netscape is a trademark of Netscape Communications Corporation registered in the U.S. and other jurisdictions" and that the Marks are used under license, and a disclaimer that Licensee and not Netscape has produced the Storefront Services and is responsible for the content thereof.
LEGEND; DISCLAIMER. DNA shall include with any online publication or publication in print of the Trademarks a trademark legend indicating that the Trademarks are that of DWANGO. DNA shall clearly indicate on DNA's homepage that Dwango and DNA are separate entities. In addition, in instances where DNA may deem such notice appropriate, advertising and promotional materials for DNA shall also indicate that the DNA Developed Technology has been produced by DNA and not by Dwango.
