Legal Sources of Payments. The Trustees may accept money or property from sources other than those described in this Agreement provided that acceptance from any such other source is not contrary to the terms of this Agreement and does not cause the Trust to lose its status as an “employee life and health trust” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
