Legal Interpretation. The contract of sale and purchase and these terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India for the time being in force. For all commercial terms and abbreviations used hereunder, which have not been otherwise defined, the rules of INCOTERMS 1990, latest revision, shall be applied.
