Common use of Legal Fees and Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Legal Fees and Other Expenses. In the event that a claim for payment or benefits under this Agreement is disputed, the Executive shall be reimbursed for all reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred by the Executive in pursuing and/or defending any such claim, provided that the Executive substantially prevails in respect of any material issue which is the subject of such claim by reason of litigation, arbitration or settlement.

In addition, the Executive shall be paid or reimbursed for all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the review, preparation and negotiation of this Agreement.
