Common use of Legal Fees and Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Legal Fees and Other Expenses. 7.1.1 If the Executive incurs legal fees or other expenses in an effort to secure, preserve, establish entitlement to, or obtain benefits under this Agreement (including, without limitation, the fees and other expenses of the Executive's legal counsel in connection with the delivery of the Executive Counsel opinion referred to in Section 6.5), the Company shall, regardless of the outcome of such effort, promptly reimburse the Executive on a current basis for such fees and expenses following the Executive's written submission of a request for reimbursement together with evidence that such fees and expenses were incurred.
