Lecture Courses Clause Samples

The 'Lecture Courses' clause defines the terms and conditions under which lecture-based educational sessions are provided. Lecture Courses. Instructors teaching lecture oriented courses shall not have to teach more than four (4) different courses per semester without the consent of the bargaining Principals.

However, the maximum may not exceed students. For the other intensive courses of the Language Institute, compensation conditions for exceeding class-size limits shall be agreed upon between the parties.
