Leaving the Premises Empty. 11.1. To notify the Landlord or the Agent before leaving the Premises vacant for any continuous period of 28 days or more during the Tenancy. 11.2. To comply with any conditions set out in the Landlord’s insurance policy for empty Premises, provided a copy has been given or shown to the Tenant at the start of the Tenancy or within a reasonable time thereafter. This provision shall apply whether or not the Landlord or the Agent has been or should have been notified of the absence under clause 11.1 of Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
