Leave for Association. The Hospital to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses selected by the Association to attend Association business including conferences, conventions and Provincial Committee The cumulative total leave of absence, the amount o notice, the number of nurses that may be absent at any one time and from any-, one area and the number of days is set out in the A of Local Provisions. During such leave of a the nurse's salary and e benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the local Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital in the amount of the daily rate of the nurse t Provincial Committee meetings which will be by the Association. The will bill the local Association within a le period of time. Leave, Board o f Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such of absence as she may require to fulfill the duties of her position. Reasonable notice sufficient to adequately low the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article there shall be no loss of seniority or service during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Association leave in

During such leave of absence, a nurse's salary and applicable benefits or percentage in lieu of fringe benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the local Association agrees to reimbursethe Hospital in the amount of the daily rate of the full-time nurse or in the amount of the full cost of such salary and percentage in lieu of fringe benefits of a part-time nurse except for Provincial Committee meetings which will be reimbursed by the Association. The Hospital will bill the local Association within a reasonable period of time. Part-time nurses will receive seniority credit for all leaves granted under this Article.

During such leave of absence, a nurse's salary and applicable benefits or percentage in lieu of fringe benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the local Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital in the amount of the daily rate of the full-time nurse or in the amount of the full cost of such salary and percentage in lieu of fringe benefits of a part-time nurse except for Provincial Committee meetings which will be reimbursed by the Association. The Hospital will xxxx the local Association within a reasonable period of time. Part-time nurses will receive service and seniority credit for all leaves granted under this Article.
