Common use of Leasing Terms Clause in Contracts

Leasing Terms. 2.1 The term of Party B renting a leased house shall be from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2022, collectively 2 years / months. (The term stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall not exceed the approved land use period.
