Leases or Licenses. Enter into, modify, amend or renew any data processing contract, service provider agreement or any lease, license or maintenance agreement relating to real or personal property or Intellectual Property under which Home or any of its Subsidiaries is obligated to pay more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and which is not terminable by Home or its Subsidiaries with sixty (60) days notice or less without penalty, payment or other conditions (other than the condition of notice); or permit to lapse its rights in any material Intellectual Property.
