Each of the Company and its subsidiaries has valid leasehold interests in all such real property free and clear of all liens, claims, charges and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, except for Permitted Liens. The Company has provided access to the Buyer to complete and correct copies of the leases identified in Schedule 5.26.
