All of the County’s rights to access or use any real property or fixtures (including by lease, license or easement) directly or indirectly used in the operation of any Facility or its Wastewater Collection System (as defined in Section 2.1(e)), including, without limitation, those leases and easements identified on Schedule 2.1(c) (collectively, the “Easements”).
