At the end of the original Lease Term, the Leasing Entity shall have the option to: (i) renew the schedule for a term no greater than the original Lease Term; (ii) extend on a month to month basis for a period of time not to exceed twelve (12) months; or (iii)) return the Leased Equipment to Lessor. If the Leasing Entity desires to exercise a renewal or extension, it shall give Lessor written notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the Lease Term.
