Lease Not Subordinate. Landlord’s interest in this Lease and in the Premises shall not be subject or subordinate to (a) any Mortgage now or hereafter placed upon Tenant’s interest in this Lease or (b) any other liens, security interests or encumbrances now or hereafter affecting Tenant’s interest in this Lease.
