Common use of LEASE ENTIRE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

LEASE ENTIRE AGREEMENT. There are no covenants, representations, warranties, agreements or conditions expressed or implied, collateral or otherwise forming part of or in any way affecting or relating to this Lease or the Premises save as expressly set out in this Lease and this Lease constitutes the entire agreement between the Landlord and the Tenant and may not be amended or modified except by subsequent agreement in writing of equal formality executed by the Landlord and the Tenant. The submission of this Lease for examination does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Premises, and this Lease becomes effective as a lease only upon execution and delivery thereof by both the Landlord and the Tenant.
