Common use of Lease Application Clause in Contracts

Lease Application. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has executed an Application for Lease form prior to or concurrently with this Lease, the information, statements and representations given and made by Tenant in such application are hereby incorporated by this reference. The execution of this Lease by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is acknowledged by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to have been induced by the information, statements and representations set forth in such application. If any information, statement or representation contained in such Application is or proves to be false or untrue, it shall be considered a breach of this Lease and shall permit Landlord to terminate Tenant’s right to possession of the Leased Premises.
