LEASE ADMINISTRATION FEE. 6.1. The Tenant shall pay RentalGenie the Tenant Admin Fee on the Signature Date, which shall be collected by RentalGenie from the Tenant by processing a debit order against the Tenant’s to the Tenant directly in accordance with the Debit Order Authorisation.
6.2. Following conclusion of this Lease Agreement, the Landlord shall pay RentalGenie the Landlord Admin Fee, which shall be deducted from the payout to the Landlord of the first Monthly Rental collected by RentalGenie from the Tenant.
