Learning mechanisms. At the onset of Operation Herrick, the British Army had a formalized learning mechanism in the form of the Mission Support Group. Established in 2003, the Mission Support Group (MSG) was the Army’s institutional effort to remedy operational challenges during the invasion of Iraq and the subsequent occupation phase. It had a broad remit: improving the Army’s cooperation with the other services (joint warfare); remedying health and safety issues in relation to equipment; and identifying lessons from operations to enhance tactics, techniques, and procedures across the force. In 2006, it was placed under the Land Warfare Centre which oversees collective training, doctrine, and concept development for the Army. To collect observations and adaptations from the field, the MSG conducted post- operation interviews among returning officers and reports from the Brigade commanders.   • Adjustment Mechanism If an adjustment of the Exercise Price is required pursuant to this Section 6 (other than pursuant to Section 6.4), the Holder shall be entitled to purchase such number of shares of Common Stock as will cause (i) (x) the total number of shares of Common Stock Holder is entitled to purchase pursuant to this Warrant following such adjustment, multiplied by (y) the adjusted Exercise Price per share, to equal the result of (ii) (x) the dollar amount of the total number of shares of Common Stock Holder is entitled to purchase before adjustment, multiplied by (y) the total Exercise Price before adjustment.

  • CONSULTATIVE MECHANISMS An enterprise consultative committee may be established to assist in the implementation of this Agreement. The Consultative Committee cannot discuss or pass resolutions that negate or amend the terms or intent of this Agreement or the VBIA or the Award. The committee would consist of equal numbers of management and employee representatives. The employee representatives will be elected by the shop floor employees of the enterprise. Elected representatives will be given adequate time for meetings and to consult with employees before and after meetings. The quorum for a meeting shall be four, at least half of whom must be employee representatives. The Secretary of the CEPU (Plumbing Division) or nominee shall have a standing invitation to participate in meetings. Any issue that cannot be resolved shall be dealt with in accordance with the Dispute Settlement Procedure set out in this Agreement.

  • Validation Mechanism To be eligible for articulation, the student must show evidence of their CompTIA A+ certification and it must have been issued within three (3) years prior to their enrollment in the program.

  • Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a Qwest End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to Qwest End Office Switches.

  • Rights Protection Mechanisms and Abuse Mitigation ­‐ Registry Operator commits to implementing and performing the following protections for the TLD:

  • Consultative Mechanism The parties agree that a precondition for the effective operation of the Agreement is the establishment of consultative mechanisms with the Company. To this end, a Consultative Committee, comprising of Company appointed representatives and employee elected representatives should be established and maintained. Officers of the Union shall have a standing invitation to attend any such meeting. The purpose of the Consultative Committee shall be to consult, develop, recommend and assist to implement strategies and measures designed to achieve the objectives outlined under Clause 4 of this Agreement.

  • Dispute Resolution Mechanisms Registry Operator will comply with the following dispute resolution mechanisms as they may be revised from time to time:

  • Testing Procedure Limitations The Asset Representations Reviewer will only be required to perform the Tests, and will not be obligated to perform additional procedures on any Review Receivable or to provide any information other than a Review Report.   • Purchase Mechanism If the Focus Investor exercises its rights provided in this Section 4.5, the closing of the purchase of the New Securities with respect to which such right has been exercised shall take place within 30 calendar days after the giving of notice of such exercise, which period of time shall be extended for a maximum of 180 days in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations (including receipt of any applicable regulatory or corporate approvals).   • Rights Protection Mechanisms Registry Operator shall implement and adhere to the rights protection mechanisms (“RPMs”) specified in this Specification. In addition to such RPMs, Registry Operator may develop and implement additional RPMs that discourage or prevent registration of domain names that violate or abuse another party’s legal rights. Registry Operator will include all RPMs required by this Specification 7 and any additional RPMs developed and implemented by Registry Operator in the registry-­‐registrar agreement entered into by ICANN-­‐accredited registrars authorized to register names in the TLD. Registry Operator shall implement in accordance with requirements set forth therein each of the mandatory RPMs set forth in the Trademark Clearinghouse as of the date hereof, as posted at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/tmch-­‐requirements (the “Trademark Clearinghouse Requirements”), which may be revised in immaterial respects by ICANN from time to time. Registry Operator shall not mandate that any owner of applicable intellectual property rights use any other trademark information aggregation, notification, or validation service in addition to or instead of the ICANN-­‐
