LEARNING ANALYTICS SERVICES. 3.1 Jisc will provide the Learning Analytics Services in accordance with this Agreement, Good Industry Practice and using reasonable skill and care. In addition, Jisc will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that it meets the Service Levels.
3.2 Jisc may from time to time make changes to the Learning Analytics Services and / or the Service Levels. Where changes are made to the Learning Analytics Services and / or Service Levels, or where Jisc appoints a sub‐contractor pursuant to Clause 11.1, details of those changes will be posted on the Jisc Site and email notification sent to the Institution at the address stated on the Order Form. As such, you the Institution should ensure that you checkit checks the Jisc Site regularly for any changes.
LEARNING ANALYTICS SERVICES pathfinder sites 100% discount during the Initial Term. Following the Pilot Implementation Period, pathfinder sites will receive a 100% discount on Charges for Jisc Learning Analytics Services during the remainder of the Initial Term. Learning Analytics Services: new customers Following the Pilot Implementation Period, new customers will be charged at a pro rata rate for the Initial Term in accordance with the charging table on the Jisc Site. Tribal Student Insight AY2017‐18: pathfinder sites Free of Charge Pathfinder sites that signed up to Tribal Student Insight during the Learning Analytics Project (March 2015 to July 2017), will not be charged for Licence, Hosting, Support & Maintenance costs during the Initial Term.
