LEADMAN. When an employee is assigned to work as a Leadman, the employee will receive Leadman rate of pay. The Leadman may be required to work with tools or operate equipment. The Leadman rate of pay will be two levels above the highest base rate of pay (EXCLUDING CDL ADJUSTMENT) of employee or employees supervised or higher at the discretion of the Company. It is understood that if a Leadman has an active CDL, he/she will receive the appropriate CDL adjustment in addition to the Leadman rate of pay. However, the maximum rate of pay will not exceed level #13, and the minimum rate of pay will not be less than #6. An employee working as a Leadman will be paid for all hours at the appropriate rate.
LEADMAN. Employees acting as temporary leadmen or foremen shall receive fifteen cents (15¢) per hour additional pay while in such capacity.
LEADMAN. A Leadman is a working journeyman who has been a journeyman for at least three (3) years in the branch of the trade in which the employee is directing at least one other journeyman but not more than three (3) other employees.

LEADMAN. 110 A. When the number of personnel regularly assigned to a shift requires a leadman under the provisions of Article 11, a regular leadman will be assigned to that shift. 111 B. The provisions of Article 11, Leadman Ratio, will apply to the laborer craft. The provisions of Article 11 shall not apply to the Stores and Truck Departments. 112 C. In the assignment of leadman to areas where the work is predominantly "leading" and not working with the tools of the craft, the Senior leadman with appropriate skill and ability will be selected. This agreement in no way supersedes Article 11 of the agreement or implies assignment to work areas by seniority.

A leadman shall have the duties of being responsible for that department. See the attached Wage Schedule for leadman scale.
LEADMAN. The duties of a Leadperson will encompass, though not be limited to, the scheduling and assignment of work, training and help employees in the performance of their work, assuring proper application of methods and equipment, quality and quantity of work performed. As required, performs work, which is deemed necessary to assure the smooth flow of goods through his department. The Leadperson is not to issue any reprimands to his fellow employees in accordance with the Rules and Regulations. However, he should work with his supervisor and employees in the initial stages of discipline by informally advising employees of rule violations.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.2 In particular, the Coordinator shall be responsible for: - monitoring compliance by the Parties with their obligations - keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available Specific requested documents could, for example, be related in particular to activities raising ethical and security issues or involving human embryos or human embryonic stem cells or dual-use goods or dangerous materials and substances. See Chapter 4, Section 4 (rights and obligations of the Parties) of the Grant Agreement - collecting, reviewing and submitting information on the progress of the Project and reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification) to the Funding Authority - preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of General Assembly meetings, chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings - transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project,, - administering the financial contribution of the Funding Authority and fulfilling the financial tasks described in Section 7.3 - providing, upon request, the Parties with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Parties to present claims. If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. The coordinator may delegate or subcontract part of the coordination tasks in accordance with Article 41.2 of the Grant Agreement 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement.   • Network Management 56.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement. 56.2 The Parties will employ characteristics and methods of operation that will not interfere with or impair the Parties’ networks, or the network of any third parties or Affiliated companies, connected with or involved directly in the network or facilities of CenturyLink. 56.3 CLEC shall not interfere with or impair service over any circuits, facilities or equipment of CenturyLink, its Affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers. 56.4 If CLEC causes any impairment or interference, CenturyLink shall promptly notify CLEC of the nature and location of the problem and that, unless promptly rectified, a temporary discontinuance of the use of any circuit, facility or equipment may be required. The Parties agree to work together to attempt to promptly resolve the impairment or interference. If CLEC is unable to promptly remedy, then CenturyLink may, at its option, temporarily discontinue the use of the affected circuit, facility or equipment until the impairment is remedied. 56.5 Any violation of Applicable Law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over CenturyLink’s facilities, or that creates hazards to the employees of CenturyLink or to the public, is also considered an impairment of service. 56.6 CenturyLink shall give advanced notice to CLEC of all non-scheduled maintenance or other planned network activities to be performed by CenturyLink on any Network Element, including any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service functionality of which CLEC has advised CenturyLink may potentially impact CLEC End Users. 56.7 The Parties shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with 47 C.F.R. §§51.325 through 51.335. CenturyLink may discontinue any Interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. CenturyLink agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers which may result from such discontinuance of service.
