Lead Trustee. The Lead Trustee shall be appointed from among the Trustees provided that the Lead Trustee shall be an Independent Trustee. The Lead Trustee is to act as an effective leader of the board of Trustees in respect of matters required to be considered by the Independent Trustees only, and ensure that the board of Trustee’s agenda will enable it to successfully carry out its duties.
