Lead Passenger Clause Samples

Lead Passenger. There must be a “Lead Passenger” on each flight taken through Member’s account. The Lead Passenger shall be either Member or any one of three Alternate Family Lead Passengers that Member may designate on the signature page hereto, except as set forth in the paragraph below. In the event any Alternate Family Lead Passenger is less than 16 years of age, such person must be accompanied by an adult or a chaperone to fly (please review the Passenger Notices on Schedule F for more information.)
Lead Passenger. The Member shall be a Lead Passenger and may designate one other person residing at the same residential address as an additional Lead Passenger. Unless approved by the Club in writing in advance of the flight, at least one Lead Passenger or a member of their immediate family must be present on each flight. Member agrees not to accept any compensation from any passenger unless arranged by the Club as a Shared Flight or other arrangement.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

  • Dispatching 1. Dispatchers will schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the trips scheduled for each day; 2. Dispatchers will assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on time by providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed. 3. Dispatchers will monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner. 4. Dispatchers will provide continuous monitoring of assigned radio frequencies during all hours that vehicles are in service, answer and respond to telephone calls on the Ride Status line, and respond to calls from drivers and OoA staff.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians, Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates a competent level of knowledge 48 and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting. 49
