Lead Partner. States that one authority agrees to act in the capacity of "agent" to the other parties. This means that one authority takes the lead in, for example, contracting with the private sector for the provision of support services.
Lead Partner. The Lead Partner is designated by the Partners and has full financial and administrative responsibility for the EU contribution for the entire duration of the Subsidy Contract stipulated with the Managing Authority for the implementation of the Project.
