Lead Official. (YDOXDWLRQ¶ 12.1 DfE has appointed a senior Lead Official at Grade 5 level to manage the relationship with the Consumer Council and ensure effective partnership working. 12.2 Engagement between DfE, and other partner Departments, and the Consumer Council will be co-ordinated, collaborative and consistent.
