Lead Member Sample Clauses

The Lead Member clause designates a specific party within a group or consortium to act as the primary representative or coordinator for the group. In practice, this clause typically assigns responsibilities such as communication with third parties, submission of documents, or overall project management to the Lead Member. By clearly identifying a single point of contact and authority, the clause streamlines decision-making and accountability, reducing confusion and ensuring efficient coordination among all parties involved.
