Lead Hand Rate. Where a Lead Hand position is available, the rate of pay shall be thirty- two cents per hour added to the employee's rate of pay for all hours worked as a Lead Hand.

Lead Hand Rate. When the Maintenance Supervisor is not available, Mechanic Lead Hand shall be offered to the Senior Mechanic who is regularly scheduled to work that day. A two-dollar ($2.00) per hour premium shall be paid to the one (1) Mechanic per shift who accepts the responsibility. This is provided to facilitate proper operation of the garage.
Lead Hand Rate. While an employee is assigned the responsibility of a lead hand, he/she will be paid, while he or she is performing this function, one ($1.00) dollar per hour over his scheduled occupational rate for the week or fifty (.50) cents an hour over the highest rate he/she is leading, whichever is the greater.

New Lead Hands shall receive a Lead Hand rate of thirty (30) cents per hour and upon completion of one (1) month trial period, such employees shall receive a further thirty (30) cents per hour.
Lead Hand Rate. The Union recognizes that not all assigned work to various crews require a Lead Hand. All staff shall complete work as assigned by the Employer efficiently. The Employer may assign a Lead Hand for any work as required. Lead Hand responsibilities and qualifications will be determined by the Employer. An employee will be selected as a Lead Hand based on seniority and capabilities and the Lead Hand shall work in conjunction with the supeivisor to ensure work is completed as required. The Lead Hand shall have the authority to direct the work. Lead Hands will be assigned on the Concrete and Asphalt Crews upon the summer recall (May-October). At the Employer's discretion, Lead Hands may be assigned at other Public Works Projects/Jobs if required by the immediate supervisor. However, these projects MUST have six (6) or more employees assigned to the task. When an employee is assigned as a Lead Hand the employee shall be paid one dollar ($1.00) per hour above the employee's normal rate.

  • Notice of Interest Period and Interest Rate Promptly after receipt of a Notice of Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.02(a), a notice of Conversion pursuant to Section 2.09 or a notice of selection of an Interest Period pursuant to the definition of “Interest Period”, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Lender of the applicable Interest Period and the applicable interest rate determined by the Administrative Agent for purposes of clause (a)(i) or (a)(ii) above.

  • Fixed Rate In the event the Borrower has opted for a Fixed Rate of interest, the interest rate shall remain fixed throughout the tenure of the Loan. The applicable Fixed Rate shall be the prevailing interest rate on the date of disbursement.

  • Mandate Rate The Mandate Rate shall be based upon the monthly average of the net assets of the funds in the Equity asset class, as indicated on Master Schedule A to Management Contracts, as may be updated from time to time, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Contract, (computed in the manner set forth in the Trust’s Declaration of Trust or other organizational document) determined as of the close of business on each business day throughout the month. The Mandate Rate may vary by class. The Mandate Rate shall be determined on a cumulative basis pursuant to the schedule set forth in Schedule 1 of this Contract.

  • Interest Rate The LHIN may charge the HSP interest on any amount owing by the HSP at the then current interest rate charged by the Province of Ontario on accounts receivable.

  • Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Notes If this Note is specified on the face hereof as a “Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Note”, this Note will bear interest at the rate determined by reference to the applicable Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases: (1) plus or minus the applicable Spread, if any; and/or (2) multiplied by the applicable Spread Multiplier, if any. Commencing on the first Interest Reset Date, the rate at which this Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Note is payable will be reset as of each Interest Reset Date; provided, however, that: (A) the interest rate in effect for the period, if any, from the Original Issue Date to the first Interest Reset Date will be the Initial Interest Rate specified on the face hereof; and (B) the interest rate in effect commencing on the Fixed Rate Commencement Date will be the Fixed Interest Rate, if specified on the face hereof, or, if not so specified, the interest rate in effect on the day immediately preceding the Fixed Rate Commencement Date.
