Lead Advisory Fees. As compensation pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Lead Investment Advisory Agreement for services rendered pursuant to such Agreement the Manager shall pay the Lead Adviser a fee, computed daily and paid monthly, at the annual rate of [ ]% of each applicable Fund’s average daily net assets.
