LCC Reimbursement Sample Clauses

LCC Reimbursement. Owner shall pay $7,500 to LCC to assist LCC in the costs it will incur in the implementation of the requirements of this Agreement. Owner shall pay the $7,500 in two installments of $3,750 each by June 1, 2008 and November 1, 2008. Payments shall be made by check made out to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community Council and mailed to the Executive Director of LCC at the address in Article 12.M.
