LC Subsidiaries. The designation of any Subsidiary (other than a Borrower) as an LC Subsidiary and the obligation of each Issuing Bank to issue any Letter of Credit for the account of such LC Subsidiary shall not become effective until each of the following conditions is satisfied with respect to such LC Subsidiary (or waived in accordance with Section 9.02):
