Common use of LC Documents Clause in Contracts

LC Documents. Each Letter of Credit shall be governed by and subject to the LC Documents required to be executed by Borrower for each such Letter of Credit. In the event of any conflict between any of the terms of the LC Documents and any of the terms of this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall control.
