Layoff Processing for Non-Regular Employees. 1. Within an affected classification and department, temporary, non- regular probationary employees who do not have regular status and who are occupying budgeted positions within the bargaining unit will be terminated before employees with regular status are affected by layoff. Limited term employees can be bumped but have no bumping rights. Employees without regular status who are terminated will not be placed on recall lists and do not have bumping rights.
