LAYING WORK INSPECTION. Laying work shall be inspected and certified by GRSE (QA) and CGRPT (Kol) at following stages:- Stage I : After surface preparation and before application of Primer. Stage II : After application of Primer. Stage III : After laying of Underlay. Stage IV : After laying of top Coat. Stage V : After laying of sealer Coat The firm shall maintain working protocol as per NCD.
