Any reference to a code, act, statute or regulation means that law, code, act, statute or regulation as amended or supplemented from time to time and any corresponding provisions of successor laws, codes, acts, statutes or regulations and any reference to any law, code, act or statute shall be deemed also to refer to all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, unless the context requires otherwise.
