Common use of Laws Applicable to Construction Clause in Contracts

Laws Applicable to Construction. The interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, this Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, as it may be amended from time to time, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
