Lawful Process Clause Samples
The Lawful Process clause establishes that any actions, disclosures, or obligations under the agreement must comply with applicable laws and legal procedures. In practice, this means that a party may be required to provide information or take certain steps if compelled by a court order, subpoena, or other legal mandate. This clause ensures that the parties are not in breach of the agreement when responding to lawful demands, thereby protecting them from liability when acting in accordance with the law.
Lawful Process.
